A new strategic direction for U.S. policy on Iran — launched March 13, 2023.
Maximum Support is a 15-point policy developed with think-tank experts and Iranian activists as a third way for U.S.–Iran policy: an approach that supports the democratic aspirations of the Iranian people while advancing the interests of both Iran and the United States. It is designed to complement, not replace, existing diplomatic strategies.
